When you contact us
We collect the name, email address, optional company name, engagement preference and product brief you submit. We use these details to respond, discuss a potential engagement and maintain the resulting business correspondence. Please don’t include patient information or confidential technical details in the form.
Inquiries are processed using Amazon Web Services in Canada and sent to our business email. A delivery queue retains the message while it is being processed. Failed deliveries may remain in a recovery queue for up to 14 days. Business email is retained while needed for the conversation, an engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about retained information.
Optional analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand which pages people visit and whether the project brief is submitted successfully. We do not send the contents of your brief, your name or your email address to analytics.
If you allow analytics, we may include basic campaign labels, such as the campaign source, with your inquiry. We omit arbitrary query parameters from the page URLs sent to analytics. Google may process information outside Canada. You can read Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
Your cookie choices
You can allow or decline analytics when you visit and change that choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We store your choice in your browser so we can respect it. If you withdraw permission, we stop future analytics collection from this site and clear the analytics cookies we can access. This does not automatically erase information already collected.
Necessary browser storage may also remember your motion preference during a visit. We do not currently load advertising pixels, use session replay or upload inquiry contacts to advertising audiences.
Hosting and security
AWS delivers this website through S3 and CloudFront. Infrastructure services process technical request information, such as network addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. The inquiry service validates submissions and limits request rates.
Contact and requests
Contact info@viewcodigital.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete your information. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request involving personal information.
